All pictures are taken by myself, Alan Stephen. I am an amatuer photographer, and have been taking pictures for several years, trying to capture the natural beauty of my homeland. Both east and west Scotland have very eye-catching features, yet both are very different in style. The east has miles of rolling countryside with awesome cliffs holding back the North Sea, while the west was arguably blessed with the most eyecatching features, mainly due to the Atlantic Ocean's unique sculpturing of the shorelines and the several islands scattered up the whole west coast.
